Coffee Card Series | Card #5

Welcome back to Kimberly and Teresa's Coffee Card Series!

I have one more quick and easy card to share with you today. Then, the rest of the week will be some more elaborate cards! These are the cards I am most excited to share! But, everyone needs a quick and easy card to put together at times and what better way to do it than beautiful paper and matching ephemera!

My card for today features Echo Park Coffee paper and a cut apart from one of the sheets. And also, a glitter frame that has been in my stash for who knows how long! YAY!!! for using up stash!

Hope to see you again tomorrow!

Don't forget to stop on by Cardmaking Blonde to see her card for today! And also comment each day for a chance to win a coffee related prize!

Coffee Card Series Week | Card #2-4

I sure hope you enjoyed yesterday's card. Today, I have 3 for you. I am so very sorry it is up so late today. My head has been buried in taxes ALL day long. Finally done though!

So, onto the cards...Kimberly and I are sharing some coffee cards with you this week. Check out hers over at Cardmaking Blonde.

My 3 cards were all made finishing off the Echo Park Coffee paper I had from the January 2019 Flavor of the Month card Kit.

This card uses the Echo Park Coffee paper and  an MFT stamp set
Sweater Weather in the Woods.
(This set is not in stock at Scrapping for Less , but Sweater Weather on Safari is available)
I also used the Coffee Dot Stencil by Echo Park behind the bear.

For this card I used more of the Echo Park Coffee Paper and the ephemera
that came with the collection.

Finally, for my last card I used a sticker package and more of the paper.

See you tomorrow :)

Coffee Card Series Week | Card #1

Good Morning,

Grab a cup this morning and join my good friend Kimberly and I today and the rest of the week for a coffee card series. We have been wanting to do this for a very long time so we finally got together recently and planned it all out! So exciting! Her blog is fairly new so it would be wonderful if you would jump over there and follow her and give her some blog loving! Cardmaking Blonde is her blog...she makes some fab cards and is on the DT for Scrapping for Less!

Ok on to the card for today...it is only 1. Tomorrow will be a group of cards...well cause I was on a roll the other day.

I used the following supplies:

Your Next Stamp "Cup Full of Joy"
Echo Park 6x6 Paper Pad: Coffee
Gina Marie Designs Die: Drop Penant
Copic Markers

I decided to color all the cups a very pale neutral color so it would allow the colors to pop. This sweet card will be going out to someone this week.

Head on over to Cardmaking Blonde to check out her card for today.

Join us every day of this series and comment each day for a chance to win a coffee prize from me. Kim has a prize also. We will use Random.org at the end of the series to choose a winner,

Thanks for joining me today!

March 2020 Sheetload of Cards

Hello Everyone, I am so very excited to be a colloborator with "Call Me Crafty Al's" sheetload of cards. Using these sheet loads has changed up the game of card making for me. I have recently started donating cards to a couple of different places so I am very thankful for these sheet loads.

So let's get onto March's projects! I used a very old 12x12 paper collection by My Mind's Eye! I love the color palette of this paper.

First up is a photo of my process!

I watercolored the background of my sentiment  piece
with some Gansai Tambi watercolors to give that piece a bit of interest.

I used Paris Dusk Memento ink which is a rich Navy Blue
to continue the same color palette throughout the whole card.

I will leave you with a picture of all of my cards...I did make the 9 cards that this sheetload yielded but somehow made it to Oregon (unexpected trip for the adoption ceremony of my new grandson) without 1 of the cards.

Make sure you use #sflFOTMexoticanimals in your Social Media posts to show off your creations...we may choose to share your work!

For my cards today, I was able to get 2 made...I will have the rest early next week.

Card #1
I used Mini-Collection 3 to make my husband's birthday card for November...it is a big one for him so I thought the "Meerly" was a tongue in cheek saying for this milestone birthday!

Card #2
Mini Collection 2 was just calling my name to make this thank you card. I just got home from visiting my daughter and her family. She is in the process of adoption 2 precious little boys, 2 and 1, and I just had a blast visiting with them. She lives on the other side of the US than I do. So this card is a thank you for letting me come visit and all the things she does for me.

Encouragement Card Hop

I am so very excited to join this Encouragement Card Hop sponsored by my good friends: Courtney Kreeber, Scrapbena Creations, and Mary Polanco. I hope everyone has a great time hopping along and finding lots of inspiration from all of the talented crafters that have joined this hop. Thanks so much for stopping by and joining in.

My encouragement card:

I used the Hello Collection by Doodlebug Designs for this card that will be winging its way on Monday to a very special friend.

Next up on the blog hop is: Jennifer Branny

July Flavor of the Month "Summer Camp"

July! What is another summer activity you enjoy? Lots of folks love summer camping and kids love going to camp. I spent 3 summers of my career life as a summer camp director at a girl's week long resident camp...it was hard work but yet super satisfying. I loved seeing the girls (most of them were city girls) being exposed to nature, hiking, and the outdoors. We have a great kit for you this month. All about camping and the outdoors! So grab your computer, a beverage, maybe go out on your back porch (so you are outdoors) and hop along and view the most wonderful inspiration from our Design Team and guest designers! You can purchase your kit from our subscription page...links for 1x purchases are in the paragraph to the left of the slider on that page. Make sure to enter the rafflecopter for a chance to win a past kit. Hope you enjoy this month! Happy Camping!
