I am so happy to be a part of this hop again this year. I have some really awesome projects to share with you this year...at least I think so anyhow...

I recently got into coloring with alcohol markers. I use Spectrum-Noir markers and I absolutely love them. Upon falling in love with coloring I also feel in love with lots of different kinds of stamped images that are colorable...but my favorite is LaLa Land Marci and Luka. And I could not bear to give them away just yet so for now they are adorning my scrapbook room!

Design Team Day!

Challenge:  Anything Goes with Numbers

November 19th - 25th, 2013

We are celebrating Numbers this week. All of our design team projects are using the Bazzill Basic Paper Countdown to Christmas collection and the Paper Smooches Digits stamp set.

Teresa R. here from Fresh and Renewed. I have a fabulous layout for you today. I was so very pleased with how this turned out...no pictures on it yet but it is ready and waiting for Christmas Day pictures. And with the layout already done you know in the back of your mind what kind of pictures you need to take!

Supplies Used:

I used the Countdown to Christmas paper and cut the 6x6 square down to 3.5x3.5 and used all of the different patterns to create my grid.
I stamped the number 25th with VersaMark ink and then embossed with some red with gold glitter sparkle in it...I love how it turned out.
I inked everything with some Black Cat's eye.

Head on over to Cuttin' and Stampin' to see some other inspiration using this paper and stamp set.

Thanks for playing along we will be announcing the winners on November 29, 2013.

Time for a New Technique...join us at Scrapbook Blessing Club!

Challenge:  Giving Thanks

November 5 - 11, 2013

We want to Give Thanks for all the wonderful things in out lives.

Teresa R. here from Fresh and Renewed. I am back today to show you two projects with this lovely paper. Bazzill's Autumn Harvest which can be found in the Cuttin' and Stampin' store. I created another divider for my blog planner. This paper was sooo much fun to work with. One of the patterns looked like quilted strips so I used that one and layered onto a solid piece of CS and then used a turquoise blue to bring that subtle color out in the strips. I also used one of the pre-printed cards that came with the package and then used Paper Smooches "Many Thanks" to stamp my thoughts onto the turquoise CS. And since I was at my friend's house I was able to use her month stamp set to stamp the month on the tab...mine are still mysteriously missing...maybe they fell into the craftroom black hole! LOL!

For my second project I did a thank-you card for a RAK I am participating in this month to send as a thank you after I receive my package. I again used the Autumn Harvest papers and designed the front of the card. I did not have my Spectrum markers with me at my friend's house so I just used what she had to color with and so not a lot of shading or detail. Then, for the inside of the card I kept to the same layout as the front and used the "Many Thanks" set again to stamp a thought.

Hope you enjoyed my 2 projects today! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to take a look. Be sure to leave a comment to tell me how you like them!

Head on over to Cuttin' and Stampin' to see all the inspiration this week and make sure to enter our challenge
